Availability

The warehouse and vendors don’t have their stock counters updated every minute. The item might be available at the time of order, or it might have run out of stock 5 minutes ago. I do not stock any item.

If you can’t find the item you’re looking for, please contact me and I will try to find you a good deal.

Orders

I will place the order the next day of receiving the payment. If the item is out of stock, you will be informed immediately through email, SMS or phone, and I will place an order at the next restock.

The item will be dispatched 1 to 3 days from the moment of order, and it normally takes 5 to 10 to reach Bahrain. In rare occasions it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

Payment

Payment method is cash, and should be upfront.

In the near future, I will have the payment available electronically.

Refund

- Once the item has been ordered, there will be no refund. if incase the item was damaged, then it will be handled with the vendor. A full refund is available if there isn’t a replacement for the damaged item.
- You may have a full refund before I submit the order.
- In case of refund, I will be able to withdraw the amount for you after 1 to 3 weeks, due to it being held at the bank.

Incase of games/accessories, PLEASE make sure you know what system you are running, and if the games/accessories are compatible with your console or not. maXmood.com is not responsible for inaccurate orders.
 

Note: At the moment, I'm taking orders from Bahrain residents only. in the future, I may expand to serve the GCC and world wide.
